Here's to bright days ahead in 2023

This month’s issues of our professional advisor, donor, and nonprofit newsletters feature the good news about the passage of SECURE 2.0 and the Legacy IRA provisions it includes. Philanthropy enthusiasts are excited about easier ways for donors age 70 1/2 and older to support favorite nonprofits through Qualified Charitable Distribution gifts from IRAs to charitable remainder trusts and charitable gift annuities, as well as a plan to increase the $100,000 annual direct QCD distribution cap for inflation in the years to come.
