Joseph DeFalco serves as the assistant to Ann-Marie Harrington, Embolden’s president and founder, and manager of the company’s office in Pawtucket, Rhode Island.

He has more than 15 years of experience overseeing voice communications and office management systems in the insurance and financial services industries, including with Amica Mutual Life Insurance Co. and Massachusetts Financial Services.

A native New Englander, he studied at Bay State College and the Community College of Rhode Island.
