Position: Content & Social Media Strategist (Full-time)

Job Description:

Online communications strategist to provide content planning and social media strategy to clients.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work with a variety of clients in developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies, leveraging major social networks. An understanding of social media tools, techniques, and philosophies.
• Ability to analyze metrics to define ROI and ensure objectives are met through social media engagement; ability to develop and distribute regular reports to illustrate metrics.
• Ability to strategize with clients on best practices for web content. Ability to write web copy is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent online research skills.
• Ability to produce high-quality work, on time and on budget.
• Ability to work individually on projects or in a team environment, to multi-task, and to collaborate creatively and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time-management skills with an eye toward details and efficiency.
• Quick decision-making skills with the ability to make decisions that are in the best interest of the company and the client.
• Ability to strategize on websites under development in terms of best practices for user experience and user interface is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or related area, is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products is required.
